Shipping, Delivery & Installation Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to order processing, shipping, delivery, machine installation, and engineer visits for FiyaPlus embroidery machines. Our aim is to ensure a smooth delivery process and provide customers with the necessary installation guidance and technical support.
1. Order Processing
FiyaPlus orders will be processed after the following requirements are completed:
Machine Specifications: Confirmation of the machine model, specifications, and any agreed configuration.
Payment: Receipt of the full payment as per the confirmed order terms.
Documentation: Completion of all required order and delivery documentation.
2. Delivery Charges
Shipping Costs: Delivery and transportation charges are additional and will be communicated during order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unloading Arrangements: The customer is responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of unloading the machine at the delivery location.
3. Delivery Tracking
FiyaPlus will provide the available transport details or shipment tracking slip to help customers monitor the delivery status. Tracking availability may depend on the transport service provider.
4. Installation & Engineer Visit
- Travel and Stay Expenses: The customer shall bear the installation engineer’s transportation, accommodation, and food expenses.
- Installation and Training: The engineer will generally remain on-site for up to two (2) days for machine installation and basic operator training.
- Additional Days: Any additional installation days or extended on-site stay required beyond the initial two days may be charged at ₹5,000 per day.

5. Shipping Delays
FiyaPlus will make reasonable efforts to coordinate timely dispatch and delivery. However, delivery timelines may be affected by transportation providers, weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In such cases, FiyaPlus will communicate relevant updates when information is available. Any delay or remedy will be handled in accordance with the agreed order terms and applicable laws.
